We are pleased to inform you that we accept all major credit cards as convenient payment options for our services. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at checkout.  To maintain our standards, your product(s) will be delivered within five (5) business days. Delivery time may slightly vary during holidays and peak season. It's our client-centered commitment to deliver your package to you in a timely manner. 

Please note that all our products including the shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, some of our products are to be worn for occasions so it would be an unethical practice to wear and return for worn and torn purposes. In order to maintain our hygiene protocols, we do not accept and sell second-hand products to our customers. Please note, we do have an exchange policy in place applicable for exchanging different sizes.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Clean your pieces regularly with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures.

We offer complimentary gift wrapping on all orders. You can select this option at checkout and even include a personalized message for the recipient. Alternatively, you can email us at info@zorbawave.ca for additional requirements on your order packaging.
